novembro 29, 2023, 3:00 PM - novembro 29, 2023, 3:45 PM PST
You are invited to attend our provider info session about the upcoming duty to cooperate and duty to maintain employment obligations.
Introduced as part of the B.C. government’s Bill 41, starting on January 1, 2024, employers and workers will have a legal duty to cooperate in timely and safe return to work, and certain employers will be required to maintain employment with their injured workers in specific circumstances.
You are invited to attend a provider info session to learn more about what these new duties mean for you and your business.
