Andrea is a Client Services Manager in the Return to Work Services department at WorkSafeBC. She has worked in both public and private settings with a focus on mental health, physical injury/rehabilitation and return to work. DisABILITY management, return to life and function have been her focus and passion in her 20 years as an occupational therapist and almost 18 years, in various roles, at WorkSafeBC. She was delighted to be the project lead for phase 1 of the Health Care Program and Abilities Language project.

Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Rehabilitation Science, all from UBC.  Andrea is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at UBC, and the current Chair of the Registration Committee for the College of Occupational Therapists of BC.
