Speaker - Lesley Maisey

Join us and other B.C. employers to learn more about collaborating with their injured workers to build and support a return-to-work plan.

Our guest speaker is Lesley Maisey, a Canadian Certified Occupational Health Nurse in independent practice. She received her RN, BSN and specialty certificate in Occupational Health Nursing from BCIT and her Master of Arts from Royal Roads University. With 20 years of Occupational Health experience, Lesley has assisted many organizations with health and wellness programs, complex case management, return to work plans, and accommodations for medical reasons.

In addition to working with organizations, Lesley also teaches a disability management course for OH&S Certificate students at BCIT and is an educational subject matter expert for the Justice Institute of BC's Police Academy. Lesley collaborates well with organizations, unions, employees, and insurers on safe and sustainable outcomes.

Outside of work, Lesley is an accomplished triathlete so you can find her swimming, biking or running as she trains for her next event.
