In 2020 and 2021, the results of an independent review of Indigenous-specific racism in B.C.’s healthcare system were released. The In Plain Sight report collected, analyzed, and presented first-of-its-kind evidence of systemic harms disproportionately impacting Indigenous peoples and affecting their health and wellness outcomes.
