Cassie Strachan is a seasoned career development professional with over 20 years of experience in career education and employment services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and has worked across a diverse range of environments, including post-secondary institutions, private training organizations, government-funded programs, and WorkSafeBC vocational rehabilitation.
Throughout her career, Cassie has been driven by a passion for supporting individuals as they discover their strengths, unlock their potential, and build meaningful new career pathways. She brings a people-centred, practical perspective to her work, grounded in decades of hands-on experience with learners and job seekers.
Outside of her professional role, Cassie is a dedicated volunteer with Scouts Canada. You can often find her adventuring and camping with her husband, teenage sons, and their very well-travelled cats and dogs.
