Dr. Elisabeth Saxton

Dr. Elisabeth Saxton is a clinical psychologist and has worked in the areas of chronic pain, psychological injuries, and occupational rehabilitation for over 15 years. Currently she is the National Director of Mental Health Services for CBI Health, as well as being the President of the Pain Society of Alberta and a National Advisory Committee member for Pain Canada. Starting as a member of an interdisciplinary teams, she has moved into program development, training, and leadership, while always keeping a piece grounded in clinical work. She is committed to helping clients go beyond recovery to thriving, and clinicians to grow in knowledge, skill, and confidence. Outside of work, she has a passion for travelling, good food, and collecting mid-century modern furniture.
