Jodi Lavigne has been with WorkSafeBC for over 13 years, beginning her career as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant supporting injured workers in their return‑to‑work journeys.
For the past four years, she has served as a Client Services Manager with the Vocational Rehabilitation Services team, based in the Abbotsford office. In her role, Jodi leads her team in providing meaningful and client-centred services that help workers to re-engage with their workplaces and to establish a new normal after injury.
Outside of work, Jodi is a busy mom who finds her balance hiking or in the garden, where she can most often be found tending to her plants.
