Aamir Bharmal is a dual-certified family and public health specialist physician. He serves as WorkSafeBC's Chief Medical Officer and is a Clinical Associate Professor at UBC's School of Population and Public Health. He is also a Corporate Medical Advisor with Cleveland Clinic's Global Corporate Advisory Program, where he advises large employers on ways to improve employee health and wellness. Prior to WorkSafeBC, Aamir served as a Medical Director at the BC Centre for Disease Control and as a Medical Health Officer at Fraser Health.
