Jodie Mackoff holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has received continuing education in exposure therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. Prior to her current maternity leave, she worked as an occupational therapist at the West Coast Resiliency Centre, supporting individuals with trauma related disorders. She started her career working at OTWorks! where she provided assessment and treatment to individuals with concussion and chronic pain resultant from motor vehicle and work-related accidents. Prior to pursuing a career in occupational therapy, Jodie worked as the program director of West Coast Human Services, a community-inclusion program serving adults with developmental disabilities and autism.
