Kiley Kwak MOT, B.Sc. Kin
Kiley Kwak is an occupational therapist with over 11 years of clinical experience in the areas of Return to Work, Concussion/Brain Injury, Mental Health and Driver Rehabilitation. She currently serves as the Clinical Program Advisor for Driver Rehabilitation Services at Community Therapists (CTI), where she provides Functional Driving Evaluations for Class 1-6 drivers, On-Road Rehabilitation Programs and quality assurance for the CTI Driver Rehab team. In addition to Driver Rehabilitation, Kiley maintains an active community-based caseload delivering OT for interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley for funders including WorkSafeBC. Apart from her clinical role, Kiley is actively involved Driver Rehabilitation program development and occupational therapist training and mentorship at CTI and has provided preceptorship of UBC MOT students. She is a regular contributor to RoadSafetyBC and Driver Rehabilitation peer organization meetings across the province with the goal of advancing the practice of Functional Driving Evaluation throughout the region. Through her regular community presentations, Kiley continues to increase awareness of this vital service among funders and healthcare professionals throughout the province. Kiley is enthusiastic about providing Functional Driving Evaluations to enable clients to return to this key activity of daily living critical for independence in the community and successful return to work. Kiley holds a Master of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
