Lisa Smith is the Director of Special Care Services at WorkSafeBC, where she leads case management for workers in British Columbia with serious physical and occupational mental health injuries.  Lisa holds a Social Service Worker Diploma (SSW), a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. With extensive experience in social and community services, she brings an evidence‑based, compassionate approach to trauma, recovery, and workplace reintegration. Lisa is passionate about advancing equity, inclusion, and access to meaningful employment, and serves as a volunteer board member with the Canadian Association for Supported Employment.
